Haikuo Li (李海廓)
Principal Investigator

Haikuo obtained his B.S. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and Ph.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, and received postdoctoral training from Yale University. We study kidney injury and fibrosis, metabolism and epigenetics, leveraging approaches including single-cell and spatial omics, in-vitro and in-vivo models and bioinformatics.

Ping is a research technician in the lab with expertise in pharmacology, animal models and clinical pharmacy.

Guoliang received Ph.D. training in bioinformatics at Beijing Institute of Genomics Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Yitao obtained master degree from UK University of Liverpool major in biostatistics. He will enter Macau University of Science and Technology as a Ph.D. student this summer jointly mentored by Prof. Quancai Sun.

Dottie is a Golden British Longhair, though looks like a Siberian Forest Cat or a Ragdoll. He’s been working with Haikuo since he was just 3 months old!
